Siobhán is an Executive Coach empowering Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) senior leaders.
I am a global professional possessing almost twenty years of international management experience, having worked and lived in seven countries and visited +-40.
My global management expertise spans from working with The Wall Street Journal to working on Wall Street.
I am a European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner level, being educated through the Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching, globally accredited by the EMCC and the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and hold qualifications in Corporate Governance, Third Party Risk and Global Financial Compliance.
Contributing as Vice President on Wall Street with a global financial institution, building systems and teams to support global Compliance, Risk Management and Outsourcing processes, has brought me a wealth of leadership experience.
As well as business and people management acumen, I have a focused results-driven technical mindset having worked as Production Manager with global publishing houses sourcing and managing third party print suppliers.
I am engaged as mentor with The Chartered Governance Institute (ICSA) supporting governance professionals, as well as with Connect Denmark, advising small businesses in Denmark. I have volunteered with a number of cultural institutions, supporting international artists, and contributed to supporting global charities.
I am a member of EMCC, ICSA and the Irish International Business Network (IIBN), am a RYT200 Certified Yoga Teacher and a Reiki Level II Certified holder.
I believe myself to be well-travelled, calm and practical, with a broad expertise and global mindset.
